Cyndi is working on solutions to protect our quality of life:

       Transportation improvements

       Fire Stations to protect life and property

       Water conservation for new construction

      Strong growth management policies-

          Require super majority of the commission beore adding more growth in our Comprehensive Plan or allowing high rises on the coast.

   First term accomplishments include:

1.   Improved stewardship of taxpayer dollars
2.   Hired New Administrator-based on national
3.   Saved essential 9B right of way from development
4.   I-95 and CR 210 improvements start summer 2008
5.   State funding to build 9B to US 1 at Race Track Rd
6.   Built Fire Station at WGV and Opened New Roads
7.   Completed New Parks & Ball Fields
8.   Improved cooperation with School Board

 Goals for St. Johns County include:

 Strengthen our local job market

 Manage Growth based on long-term vision

 Protect our open spaces & water resources

 Reduce congestion and improving roadways
